    360: How did you get into personal training?

    Justin: When my mom had a heart attack at 43 years old I decided to take a few classes to educate myself on nutrition to assist her in recovery.

    As it turns out, I fell in love with the process of getting myself healthy while obtaining my certification and degree. I was so committed to the job that I chose to live in my vehicle during the 2007-08 recession to continue to limit expenses while I built my client base, it obviously paid dividends one hundred times over!
